Drake is a multi-talented superstar with one of the music industry’s most impressive and varied collection of expensive cars. There are celebrities with more cars than Drake, but few can boast as many super-luxurious rides as the young musician. Bentley Continental SuperSports Convertible
The white Bentley convertible featured in the music video for Drake’s “Started From the Bottom” is extremely similar to the artist’s personal Bentley Continental SuperSports Convertible. A classic symbol for status and wealth, Bentley’s of all varieties are highly sought-after among young and old car lovers. The Bentley Continental GTC V8 featured in the video was valued at over 193,000 in 2013, while Drake’s personal SuperSports convertible had a base price of 286,695 in 2011. Given the difference in price, it is understandable why the artist didn't want to perform standing inside his own car for the music video.
Rolls-Royce Phantom
Aside from being a beautiful, imposing, and super-luxe vehicle, Drake’s white and chrome Rolls-Royce Phantom is getting attention for the mystery surrounding it. A black single-production Phantom Celestial was made with a fiber optic roof, yet some image of Drake’s white Phantom indicate a potential starlight roof that has never been seen outside of the black Rolls-Royce concept car. Some contend the car has been misidentified, and is actually the Wraith which has been produced with the fiber optic interior roof. Anyone with an eye for car details can clearly see, however, that the door handle of Drake’s car clearly show it is the Phantom. Drake could have a truly unique Phantom, which would make the car worth substantially more than its 2013 base price of nearly $400,000.
Bugatti Veyron
The best part of Drake purchasing a 2008 Bugatti Veyron Sang Noir Edition for $1.4 million is that, despite the average person dreaming of owning this car, the young artist received an unusual amount of negative feedback for his choice of exotic super-car. The Veyron has been criticized for being a dull and under-styled option compared to other updated Bugattis available around the same price point. However, a Bugatti is still a Bugatti. Aside from die hard super-car fans that were disappointed in the Veyron Sang Noir Edition, anyone who spots Drake in this sleek black dream car is bound to be at least somewhat envious.
While acting as a teenager in Canada Drake purchased his proposed first car, a reasonably priced Acura. Since then, the talented artist has expanded his car collection to include some of the most interesting and dynamic luxury cars available. Millions of dollars have gone into the small lineup of cars Drake owns, and time will tell how many more millions will be spent on new additions in the years to come.
