It seems one of the rites of passage for a budding hip-hop celebrity is building a drool-worthy car collection. 2 Chainz, whose birth name is Tauheed Epps, has created a garage that instills envy in the heart of diehard car lovers. Although his rise to the top started when he was part of the group Playaz Circle, it was his solo album with Def Jam Records that gave him the biggest boost toward fame. For anyone who has dreamed of success past the age of 30, 2 Chainz is a stellar example. Songs from that first solo album, like Birthday Song, are sure to be a party tune played for years to come. Now that 2 Chainz has “made it” and is living the dream, he has a revolving collection of borrowed and bought cars that boasts some excellent rides.
Aston Martin Rapide

The Porsche Panamera 2 Chainz owns is a blinding, pristine white. Although he now considers it old, he still enjoys driving the 4-door vehicle. The Panamera is known for its long front and 911-like rear. The engine for the Panamera is produced in Stuttgart, and the body is built in Leipzig, Germany. Your options with the Panamera are vast, and engines range from V6 to V8 and can be standard or supercharged. As with all Porsche vehicles, luxury interiors and excellent details are part of the package.
Drophead Phantom Rolls Royce
Although this top-end luxury convertible is not officially in the 2 Chainz collection, he talks about it being one of his favorite cars to drive. When asked why, he stated it should be obvious. The car, which retails around half a million, has rearward opening coach doors, yacht-like wood finishes, and the famous Rolls styling. It’s easy to see why it deserved a mention.
The Tour Bus
When talking to friends and fellow rappers about cars and vehicle investments, 2 Chainz was eventually steered toward getting a tour bus. He took the advice seriously and bought what he considers a condo on wheels. There was no skimping on finishes, and he made sure to have things like a studio on board. He also made sure to invest in a toilet that fit his height and added a tow package that can haul his favorite ride du jour. He feels it was the best decision he’s made when it comes to vehicles. The self-directed Christmas present is used a whole lot more than his other rides. When you’re on the road most of the time, there is not a lot of time for driving around town.

If you were writing a singles ad for 2 Chainz, a lot of it would center around the world of vehicles. There are no long walks on the beach or a passion for newborn kittens, instead he talks about loving Cadillacs because of his dad’s influence, and how he prefers the BMW 7 series to the 5 series because of the extra head room. He also loves car shows and prefers to visit places like Cooper Classic Cars in NYC, where you can find a stunning selection of spectacular historic cars—some retail in the millions of dollars because of their exclusivity.
2 Chainz is obviously enjoying his ride to the top. He has done a series of videos for GQ called Most Expensivist Sh*t that feature everything from using $30,000 headphones to what a $200 hamburger tastes like. Although he’s having a good time, he doesn’t seem to take it all too seriously. He has substance under the facade, like his rumored 4.0 college GPA. And let's be honest, most people wouldn’t mind spending a day with him, his laid back attitude and his rides.
