Taylor Swift—love her or not—is a young woman who has stayed valid for almost half her life. Recently her Bad Blood came to life as a years long feud with Kanye West hit an all time high. Sure, she’s changed a bit over the years, transforming from an innocent young country star to a pop vixen that hangs with pals like Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner. However, that seems to have only increased her already rabid fan base.
One thing Swift has in common with many celebrities is cars. She’s seen in different vehicles frequently, some her own, some borrowed and some just a ride she’s passenger in. She seems to have an affinity for luxury, and her cars over the years have reflected that. Here are a few of Swift’s whips, and a little about each.
The Pink Chevy Silverado
What blossoming young country-pop star doesn’t want a pink Chevy Silverado? Taylor Swift was gifted one on her 18th birthday by her record label. The Silverado is a workhorse favored by those who need a little power in their vehicles. According to Chevy, the Silverado is “the most dependable, longest-lasting full-size pickup on the road.” While that may vary depending on who you ask, it is a reliable ride with just enough swag to get noticed. Swift’s pink Silverado certainly did the trick. Back when Swift initially got hers, Chevy had just improved on MPG and had added a remote-start feature. There were also endless models and formats to choose from. Do-gooder Swift eventually ended up donating the ride for charity.
Audi R8
Back in the time of “the Taylors” (Swift and Lautner that is), Swift had a sweet, white Audi R8. Although it belonged to her, it was often seen driven by the male half of the relationship. The R8 has a beautifully swift performance and 420 hp. The car was available in both manual and automatic transmissions, and struck the right balance of sport and luxury. To this day, the R8s between 2008-2010 are still priced over $80,000 if they have lower mileage on the odometer.
Mercedes-Benz Viano

Swift’s dark-colored 911 Turbo has been in her collection for a while. They run over $100,000, and feature things like 540 hp and a slick interior. Newer models have all the technological bells and whistles while Porche continues to improve performance. Since 1963, the 911 has been an excellent choice for those who want comfort, personality, speed and luxury.
The Case of the Ruined Cobra?
One of Swift’s videos features a gorgeous, drool-worthy Vintage Shelby Cobra. Blank Space had a scene where a golf club was used on the beautiful ride. Luckily, for car enthusiasts everywhere, it was just a trick of the camera. The car in question is still as pristine as ever.
Taylor Swift may not have the fully-stocked celebrity garages many boast, but she’s always had some nice rides in her collection. She certainly doesn’t switch rides as frequently as she changes boyfriends. However, it will be nice to keep an eye on her success, and see if it leads to some new, exciting choices in cars.
